Name and school information provided to us will be used only for the purposes of creating accounts for your students. Any contact will be issued via the school coordinator teacher for your school, and students will never be contacted directly.

We do not share your data with any third parties.

The website is securely hosted by A2Hosting. The databases used for the administration of the student data, teacher data and the administration of the competition are stored on secure distributed servers in the Netherlands owned and managed by A2 hosting which holds a ISO 27001 certificate, which demonstrates that an organisation has defined and put in place best-practice information security processes. We may also share your personal data with third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our site terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our site, our users, and others.

Retaining your data

We will only retain your data for as long as agreed by your school coordinator.

Requests to have student or teacher data removed at any point should be communicated to info@l0v3c0d3.co.uk by the school coordinator. The school coordinator can remove, add or update student or teacher data at any point on the website.
